These terms apply when you access International English Test, create an account, take an assessment, make a payment, use a certificate or use a public verification service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep access credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly notify support of unauthorised access.

Assessment rules

Assessments are intended to be completed by the registered test-taker without unauthorised assistance. Time limits and submission rules are enforced by the application. Results reflect the scoring configuration used for the assessment taken.

Payments and certificate access

Prices are shown before checkout. Certificate download is available only when the related record is eligible and payment has been confirmed or administratively waived. A failed, unpaid, refunded, locked or revoked record may not be downloadable.

Verification plans

Where offered, verification duration is selected at checkout. A time-limited verification plan may stop verifying after its recorded expiry date, while a lifetime plan does not have a scheduled verification expiry.

Certificates

Certificates must not be altered, falsified or represented as belonging to another person. The public verification record is the reference for the current status of a certificate ID.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the transaction and the service already delivered. Contact support with the order reference so the transaction can be reviewed.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available, but maintenance, network conditions, third-party services or security events may temporarily affect access. Users should keep a stable connection while completing a timed assessment.

Intellectual property

Website design, assessment content, certificate templates and platform materials may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission except where use is expressly allowed.
